What to expect when ordering Venezuelan food products directly from our web-shop:

We will ship anywhere in the UK (MAINLAND).  We deliver on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Fridays only via overnight cold pack .We do not deliver on Bank Holidays or Weekends.

We always try to send your delivery out the next day, however sometimes we may not have the whole stock available at the same time. Most of our deliveries arrive before midday through DHL. However, on rare occasions this may not be the case due to weather, traffic or courier problems.  If you have not received your parcel by 6pm please call us so we can track your consignment.

* We will send an email confirmation as well as information on when your order will be shipped with a tracking link.

Most orders are shipped within 24 to 72 hours of receipt.

DHL does not pick up on a Sunday so therefore you will NOT receive a delivery on a Monday.

Please ensure someone is at your delivery address to receive your box of Venezuelan goods as you will not be refunded if the courier attempts a delivery and no one is around. If you want multiple boxes or a large or varied order, (Wholesale) please call us between 3pm and 6pm Monday to Friday, or email us at info@liqui-liqui.com There is an extra carriage charge per kilo for larger orders.

If you wish to collect your order from our restaurant please select this option when placing your order but most importantly let us know the date and time. Keep in mind we only hold orders for 48 Hours.

HOW DO YOU CALCULATE YOUR DELIVERY CHARGES?

All of our orders carry a basic postage and packing cost of £14 per delivery -but this can cover up to 8 Kgs (packaging included) on any of our goods, to the same address.

Please Note: For more than 8 Kgs please can you phone our office staff on 02084081136 to place the order as you will need to pay additional postage charges.

Do you offer an in-store collection for products bought on your e-commerce shop?

Yes, we do, but ONLY for the e-commerce products and not for our restaurant food. Please note that because we are a small restaurant we do not have large storage facilities. Therefore, you have 5 working days to collect your items from when you receive a confirmation email. If you can not pick up within those 5 working days you must contact us and we will try to accommodate you if we have enough storage space.

How do I store my PROZEN VENEZUELAN FOOD products FROM LIQUI-LIQUI LONDON?

Please remember to place the cheese direct to the fridge and our frozen range of products such as: Tequeños,  empanadas, tostones, cachapas, arepas  or any other frozen product into the freezer.

HOW DO I SERVE MY VENEZUELAN CHEESE?

The best way to enjoy the Venezuelan Cheeses such as Telita, Mano and Guayanes cheese is to eat them at room temperature. (Please do no eat them cold the flavour and the texture will not be the same) leave them outside for a few minutes  and they will be perfect to eat.

HOW DO I COOK MY FROZEN VENEZUELAN FOOD PRODUCTS?

Please note that all our frozen products have cooking instructions on the labels, but if you have accidently removed the label please refer to the individual product on our web shop and here you will find the cooking instructions for each one.

HOW DO I COOK MY HALLACAS?

To cook the Hallacas directly from frozen boil them for 40 minutes and then remove and drain upright from 2 minutes to remove the excess of water . Buen Provecho!

HOW LONG DOES MY FROZEN VENEZUELAN FOOD LAST IN THE FREEZER?

We recommend using our frozen food products within 3 months of purchase.

HOW CAN I ORDER FOR PICK UP AT YOUR RESTAURANT AT COLLIERS WOOD?

At the moment we do not have a click and collect service, but it is something we are looking into. If you are interested in receiving news of our new services and products please sign up to our news letter on the footer of this website.

CAN I BOOK A TABLE AT LIQUI-LIQUI IN COLLIERS WOOD?

We operate on a first come, first serve system. On weekends we are particularly busy. But having said that, if you have a special occasion you would like to separate please call us on 020 8408 1136 and we can see what we can do.
